Requirements:
Strong knowledge of object-oriented design concepts and language(s)
Strong knowledge of Qt Graphics View framework
Background working in POSIX-based development environment(s) (Linux, FreeBSD, Solaris, etc)
Attention to human interaction details of UI work: layout, style, performance
Education:
5-8 years of professional software development experience.
BS/MS/PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering or BS/MS/PhD in computer science or related fields is required.
Pluses:
Experience using image editing software application(s)
Knowledge of Unix shell scipting languages
Experience with databases (reading / writing SQL statements)
Experience developing network applications
Experience in any or all of the following areas is a definite plus:
Network monitoring and network management principles.
Routing protocols IGP(OSPF, EIGRP, ISIS), EGP (BGP) or multicast routing protocols (DVMRP, PIM) or MPLS Technology.
